Legal Notice
1. Provider identification
LUMEZY is a venture in the process of being set up. As at the date of this version, no company is registered under this name.
The identifying details required by Article 10 of Portuguese Decree-Law 7/2004 of 7 January — registered name, tax number, address, commercial registry details and share capital — will be published in this notice as soon as registration is complete.
In the meantime, the provider's point of contact is support@lumezy.pt.
2. Purpose
This site is informational: it presents LUMEZY's services and provides a way to get in touch. It is not an e-commerce service and does not allow services to be contracted or paid for online.
3. Acceptance
Using the site means accepting these terms in full, in the version in force at the time of access. Anyone who does not agree should refrain from using it.
4. Conditions of use
Users undertake to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to:
- Access, or attempt to access, areas or systems without authorisation;
- Introduce malicious code or act in ways that compromise the site's availability or integrity;
- Extract content by automated means in a way that impairs normal operation of the service.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, brand, visual identity, code, images and video — belongs to LUMEZY or to third parties who authorised its use, and is protected by copyright and industrial property law.
Projects shown under "Selected work" are identified as portfolio references. The trade marks and content visible there belong to their respective owners.
Reproduction, distribution or adaptation of the content is not permitted without prior written authorisation, except where the law allows it.
6. Links to third-party sites
The site links out to external sites, in particular to the scheduling platform and to the projects shown. Those links are provided for convenience. LUMEZY does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.
7. Limitation of liability
Information on this site is provided in good faith and with due care, but it is general in nature and does not replace case-by-case analysis. LUMEZY does not guarantee that the site will be permanently available or free of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical failures or misuse by third parties, save within the limits imposed by mandatory law.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which forms an integral part of this notice.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
LUMEZY's services are aimed at businesses and professionals. Even so, in a consumer dispute the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Portuguese Law 144/2015 of 8 September — in particular CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
